Post getting all of the details from the other participants in the incident the next step is to get your vehicle repaired.

Step One: Report the incident to your insurance company. Remember you are entitled to pick what ever body shop you would like to use. Pick out a body shop and make an appointment to bring the car in. Make sure they will work with the adjuster to ensure the full extent of the damage will be repaired. You may send us a message by just filling out the form to your right to set up an appointment for drop off or any estimate requests.

Step Two: Once the body shop, Insurance company and the owner of the vehicle are all on the same page a repair start date can be agreed to. Set up the time and the project can begin. Once the car is dropped off we will arrange for a rental car company to pick you up and take you to your new car for the time being. You will be informed on a regular basis of your vehicles status. If at anytime you would just rather go the route of dropping it off forgetting about it until your car is repaired just let our staff know and we will make sure it becomes a very stress free process.

Step Three: Upon completion you will be informed and can then proceed to set up an appointment to pick up your car. Drop by the rental car office and they will proceed to drop you off right at the front door of our shop! Pick up your car and your all set!
