The process is simple for getting your fleet vehicle taken care of. For most programs that we work with it will start by us getting a notice that a claim has been made for your vehicle. From there we will attempt to get in touch with the driver and set up a time and date for you to stop in.
From there we will take pictures of the damage and other important vehicle information and proceed to write the estimate. The entire process for most cases takes around 5 minutes of your time. In some cases of course it can become a longer process. However we strive to make sure you are aware of the damage and have you on your way in a very timely fashion.
Once we have the final estimate completed we send it to the fleet company along with the pictures. Then they will authorize the repair of the vehicle. From there we will be in touch with the driver and schedule the repairs, set up a rental car if needed and along with explaining the length of time needed for the repair.
When the vehicle is completed we will inform the fleet company of its completion. Post notifying the company we will then contact the driver to pick up the vehicle. Light paper work will need attention and then the car is ready for release.
