• What are your hours of operation?
  • We are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
    
    
• Do I need to get more than one estimate from different shops?
  • Getting more than one estimate is not required. We work with all insurance companies, and will work with your insurance company to ensure your car is repaired.
    
    
• Do you offer a warranty?
  • Topanga Auto Body, Inc. offers a limited lifetime warranty on all repairs done at our facility for as long as you own your vehicle.
    
    
• How long will my car be at the shop?
  • We will do everything we can to ensure a quick turnaround time on your repairs, but due to unforseen circumstances like hidden frame damage, parts deliveries and insurance inspections, we can only estimate a completion date, not guarantee one. We will keep you informed throughout the repair process. We assure you we will return your vehicle to you as quickly as possible wihtout compromising the quality of the repairs.
    
    
• Do you work on all types of cars?
  • Yes. We are fully equipped to handle all makes and models, foreign and domestic.
    
    
• What forms of payment do you accept?
  • We accept cash, insurance checks, Visa and MasterCard.
    
    
• Should I notify my insurance company before repairs are made?
  • If you choose to go through your insurance company, you should notify them that you intend to have your car repaired at Topanga Auto Body, Inc.
